Currently we are speaking as a team to decide the next time we will be filming for our final scene. We have begun to start editing with the footage we have got at the moment. We have been trying out effects other than black and white and colour. We have tried blurred effects to try and make it look like a flashback has taken place.

Filming Evaluation Day 2
Filming was successful for us on Monday, we was able to record all the footage needed. We was able to capture a range of shots needed and followed the storyboard, which made it easier for us to record. We recorded everything in order when shooting at Nathan's house, whereas when we recorded at the Olympic Park we recorded the middle at the beginning, the end in the middle and the start at the end. This made the day longer for us as we spent so much time going backwards and forwards.

Team Meeting For Filming Day 2
We have decided we are going to film on Monday 20th October. We have chosen this day to film as a significant character in our short film is Nathan's mum, luckily she is free on this day. It has been hard to get us all together at the same time to be able to film Nathan's mum.

Filming Evaluation Day 1
On October 11th our group had booked the cameras to do film at Nathan's house and in the alleyway near his house. We chose to do this due to the bad weather, luckily it didn't rain as heavy or as much as we expected. However, in our group there was miscommunication and we ended up filming in the Olympic Park instead as a back-up plan. Even though there was a last minute change our group successfully got all the footage we needed to film that scene. We took photos of our group in action, you can also see that it was raining and we used our umbrella.

We was originally going to film the scene in the alley way and in Nathan's house but we will just be filming in Nathan's house.

Planning pre-production
Currently we are working on our pre-production task. We are making our storyboard which includes our script as it doesn't have much speech. We have filled in our recces for all three locations. We are using six characters and are currently getting our talent release forms signed as one of our actors is under 16 we have got his mum to sign it. We believe we are ready to film and have signed our booking equipment form. Once we have finished our storyboard we will fill in our call sheets.
Call Sheets
We have finished our storyboard so we are now able to fill out our Call Sheet. This gives us a summary of the pages we need to look at on our storyboard to see what scenes need to be filmed on what set at the location. It is also acts like a checklist so we know what props and equipment such as fake blood and the tripod. The call sheet allows us to carry out our filming task in an organised way.

Talent Release Form
This is one of the talent release forms used, we have gotten this signed by one of the parents of the actor as he is under 16 years old. The parent of our actor had given us permission to include her son in our filming.

Risk Assessment Form
During our pre-production task we filled out our risk assessment form. So far we have done the form for the Olympic Park, Stratford.
We have found only 3 risks, which are:
Working at heights: we will be filming some shots from above the actors, we will be high up on the bridges. We have to make sure we're holding the camera steadily or it is not screwed into the tripod to ensure it doesn't fall over the bridge.
Water/proximity to water: We need to make sure we don't get too close to the water and keep equipment close to us at all times.
Public Crowds: We will be filming in the Olympic park and therefore there will be members of the public. To avoid the members looking at the at us while we're filming we have made a sign that we will be holding up saying 'We are filming, please act natural'. We have also chosen to film at 3.00pm and hope that there will not be a lot of people about.

Location Change
Our first chosen location to film was at Regents Park Canal, however, when our group thought about it we realised it was an inconvenience as it was far away and if we had any extra filming to do we would have to find a time where we are all free to film extra footage. We had the Olympic Park as a second option and decided it would be more beneficial for us as it is local to where we all live and close to our second and third filming location. Luckily this place has the resources we need to film such as a bridge and a wide open space for us to film.
We will visit the location and make a recce soon.
